Once provided the access road to be permanently maintained. 7.If any vehicular access gates/barriers/bollards/chains or other such obstructions are to be erected across proposed access road serving the site, they are to be set back a min distance of 20 metres behind highway boundary & to be hung so as not to open outwards. 9. Before 1st use of development, drainage to be provided within site such that surface water does not drain into Public Highway inc private access drives, & to be so maintained. 10. Parking & turning facilities shown within curtilage of Unit 20 to be provided, hard surfaced & made available for use before unit is 1st occupied & to be permanently maintained. 11. No walls/planting or fences to be erected or allowed to grow on highway boundary exceeding 0.6 metres in height above level of adjacent carriageway.
